today:
breakfast - scrambled egg on wholemeal toast with trimmed bacon
lunch - fruit salad (banana, orange, strawberries, grapes)
snack - frozen grapes
dinner - chicken and salad on a roll
exercise was a short run (only a mile) with my dog, and being on my feet at work for 5 hours!
