Breakfast Ideas:

  • Oatmeal with various toppings such as blueberries, strawberries, apple, banana, any other fresh fruit, sultanas, any other dried fruit, almonds, cashews, walnuts, any other type of nuts, peanut butter, almond butter, etc etc

  • Yoghurt parfait with granola and fresh fruit
  • Wholemeal or wholegrain toast with peanut butter

Snack Ideas:

  • An apple cut up in to small pieces, sprinkled with cinnamon and put in the microwave for 30 seconds
  • A boiled egg sprinkled with pepper
  • Yogurt with fresh fruit
  • Steamed vegetables
  • String cheese
  • Frozen fruits such as berries or grapes
  • Hummus with vegetables such as carrot or celery sticks
  • Snap peas
  • A handful of nuts such as almonds, cashews or walnuts
  • Chicken or vegetable soup
  • Fresh fruit such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, banana, apple, orange, mandarin, pineapple, mango, papaya, kiwi, grapefruit, peach, plum, grapes, cherries, apricot - the list could go on forever!

  • A wholemeal or wholegrain sandwich, wrap, etc filled with a variety of vegetables and chicken or turkey
